Ginger RootThe few times I had an upset stomach, as a child, my mother would always give me a “natural tonic” of homemade ginger root tea.

Constipation Do you know what I dislike? Not having regular bowel movements. There I said it. I’m not ashamed.

It’s amazing how to many talking about elimination is embarrassing you don’t find too many people talking about it openly ideally we should be eliminating shortly after every meal, but many of us aren’t.
