About the ingredients used
Fullers Earth
Fullers Earth is a fantastic natural healing ingredient that can be found in numerous skin care products. It’s a naturally occurring mineral clay that effectively absorbs excess oil from the skin. It also aids in removing dirt and other impurities.
I purchase my fullers earth in bulk. This is one product that is requested often by my customers. In my personal use I keep my fullers earth in ball mason jars. The shelf life is several years.
The essential oils that are included in the holistic face mask have numerous benefits. I decided to point out a few of them.
Lavender Essential Oil
- It reduces the inflammation of acne
- Helps heal blemishes
- Aids in circulation
Lemon Essential Oil
- Helps balance the overactive sebaceous glands that can lead to acne
- Helps exfoliate dead skin
- Its a natural astringent and antiseptic
- Fights off bacteria
Tea Tree Essential Oil
- Antiviral & antifungal benefits
- It helps eliminate clogged pores
- Aids in healing scars
This mask can be used for a variety of skin condition. I use it myself and have recommended it to family, friends, and customers who suffer from acne. In many of the cases this holistic natural remedy has been extremely effective.

Healing Yourself Naturally’s Homemade Facial Toner
2 cups of distilled water
1 cups of witch hazel
4 drops of Geranium essential oil
3 drops of tea tree essential oil
2 drops of rosewood essential oil
Directions
Store in a glass or aluminum bottle.
How To Use
- Shake well before each use. The reason why you have to shake it is because the essential oils will float to the top during storage.
- Dab affected areas with cotton wool two or three times a day. (Another alternative is to put your facial toner in a spray bottle. You would then shake and spritz your face. That’s my method)
The witch hazel and the essential oils will aid in cleaning your skin and help unclog your pores. They also help by giving and antibiotic protection to your skin.
This is another holistic remedy that can be used to clean your skin. The natural ingredients used are simple but extremely helpful ways to keep your skin naturally beautiful. Enjoy!

Acne: What Lies Beneath

Although he doesn’t suffer Read more
