Constipation: Using Massage For Constipation Relief

Are you still combating constipation? When I suffered from chronic constipation I found the simple act of massaging my abdomen for a few minutes would help loosen the fecal material and speed things along.
In my case it didn’t happen overnight but within a week, combined with an increase raw foods which is an excellent source of fiber I was regular again. That was a relief.
