Raw For 30 Days

Is it possible to heal yourself naturally from Type II Diabetes. A documentary Raw For 30 Days shows that this can be a possibility. I first saw this documentary last year and it impressed me so much that I posted it on one of my other websites. I converted to mainly all raw food diet last April. I didn’t do it for health reasons I did it because I enjoyed they way I felt.

My aunt and her adult daughters (three total) all have Type II diabetes. She’s curious and is wanting to up her intake of raw foods.

    Raw foods are great. One of the most addictive things I’ve ever eaten was a raw pizza! We also must not neglet supplementation to make up for the years we spend eating dead food depleted of nutrients. Diabetes’ main cause is a deficiency of chromium.
