What are we eating?
May 23, 2007
Yesterday, on my way to mentoring, I gave my buddy Heber a call. His posts challenge me to keep thinking outside the box. He gives me a different perspective on many issues and I like that. I don’t need to be around someone that thinks exactly the way I do. That would be boring.

I worked with Hebe last year and really enjoyed the time I spent getting to know him. He’s on fire and one can’t help but get caught up in that passion. He talks about changes and he’s actively out there trying to turn his dreams into a reality. Guess what? He’s changed his eating habits which I think is very cool. Nope he’s not vegan but he’s making healthier choices these days.
During our conversation he mentioned an article titled What are we Eating. It’s found in the Independent Reader. In fact he sent the file to me this morning. He said I would really appreciate this article because it focuses on issues that I’ve been talking about all along.
I’ll post my thoughts on the article hopefully later today.

I can’t read the prints on the picture.
It’s be interesting to see what are the things that are considered toxic in the food supply chain.
maybe you should link a thumbnail to the original pic.
Hi Propolis,
I’ll also post additional sources within the next few days.
I thought I had linked to it but I didn’t. The original version was actually smaller than this. However I’ll hunt for it.
